The Acapulco HS Typhoon center fielder tore up the Nezahualcoyotl HS Ramblers to the tune of 6 hits in 7 at-bats at Typhoon Park. The offensive onslaught from Castillo powered the 18-11 Typhoon win. "Castillo was a tough out," Nezahualcoyotl HS manager said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure." Edgar Castillo hit a solo-shot off Oscar Ramirez in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, struck out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Marco Rubio in the 7th and hit a two-run double in the 8th.
