 | Kasl Shows Off, Hits for Cycle Sunday, March 17th , 2041 At Arrows Ballpark, Matt Kasl led Charlotte HS to a win, 12-7, over the Colorado Springs HS Arrows by hitting for the cycle, one of baseball's more difficult feats. "Usually the triple is the hardest one to get, but I was most worried about the homer today because the ball wasn't carrying," Kasl said later. "When I took it deep, I was expecting the ball to die on the warning track, so it was sweet seeing the ump give me the signal to circle the bases." In addition to going 5-for-5, Kasl chalked up 3 runs batted in and scored 4 runs in an exceptional performance. Matt Kasl hit an RBI triple in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Miles Davis in the 5th, singled in the 6th, walked in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Dave Bentley in the 9th.
