 | King of the Hill Announced by Conference 2 Sunday, May 28th , 2045 This year's winner of the coveted Conference 2 Pitcher of the Year Award is Nick Higgins of the Colorado Springs HS Arrows. During the 2045 campaign, Higgins excelled with a 2-2 won-lost mark in 8 starts. In 39 innings he yielded 38 hits and 15 walks, while striking out 44 and compiling an impressive 2.31 ERA. He received 17 first place votes out of a possible 30. Johnny Sandoval of the Guadalupe HS Tides finished second in voting with 12 first place votes, while Shane Warren of the Kingston HS Trail Blazers finished third.
