 | Carrasco Belts Bunch of Base Hits Saturday, April 5th , 2042 A jubilant Ossie Carrasco joined the postgame press conference at Ballpark of Querétaro HS to offer some unusual words of encouragement -- for the Guadalupe HS Tides pitching staff he had just vanquished. "It may not have looked like it," said the Querétaro HS Buffaloes first baseman, "but I saw some awful good pitches today. If luck hadn't been on my side it might have turned out a lot different." That would not have been the conclusion of anyone who saw his dominant 5-for-5 hitting performance, which led to the 5-2 Buffaloes win. "He made it look easy," said , manager of the Tides. "We never figured out what to do with him. Obviously." Ossie Carrasco singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Pedro Morales in the 8th.
