He did it again.

Joe Jackson ran his hitting streak to 42 games, collecting 1 hit in 6 at-bats.

Unfortunately for Nashville HS, their hot-hitting first baseman could not deliver them the win. The Nobles were defeated, 5-4, at 89ers Field by the Pachuca HS 89ers.

During the recent streak, the 15-year-old has remained quiet, sidestepping questions with ease. Whether out of superstition or simply in an effort to avoid the spotlight, Jackson has preferred to shower praise on his team.

"We have a better ballclub than we showed today," he told reporters after the game.
Joe Jackson hit a solo-shot off Bill Quintero in the 1st, struck out in the 4th, flied out in the 6th, struck out in the 7th, flied out in the 10th and struck out in the 12th.

Currently Jackson is batting .442 with 21 home runs and 49 RBIs.
