 | Jackals End Hardaway Streak Monday, April 14th , 2042 The Kansas City HS Victory lost to the Soyapango HS Jackals, 19-8, at Jackals Park, but perhaps the bigger news was the end of Ben Hardaway's 24-game hitting streak. The left fielder went 0-for-3 on the day. "We felt if we could slow down Hardaway, we would win the game," Jackals manager explained. "They really seemed to feed off his streak, so we tried to put more emphasis on shutting him down." Currently Hardaway has 19 home runs and a .437 batting average. |   |
