 | Thunder Cats Heading to Round 2 Friday, May 6th , 2044 Danny Falcon put the San Miguelito College Thunder Cats on his shoulders as they downed the Miami College Reds in the Round 1. San Miguelito College won the deciding game by a 13-11 count at Great American Ball Park and wrapped up the series 4-2. Falcon played a key role in the victory, as he was named series MVP for his offensive output, which included a .440 batting average with a .533 on-base percentage, 5 home runs, 14 RBI and 12 runs scored. "I told myself it was time to step it up and help the team win and I'm glad I was able to do that," he said. The San Miguelito College Thunder Cats will play against the Toronto College Rangers in the next round. Toronto College won their series against the New York College Night Riders 4 games to 1. The Round 2 schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes. |   |
