 | Hit Streak Now at 20 for Rodriguez Monday, April 10th , 2045 Tony Rodriguez has been ripping hits every day for a while now, and nobody seems able to stop him. The El Paso College second baseman picked up 1 more today against the Detroit College Sailors and now has a 20-game hitting streak. The Avengers won the game, 11-5. "Definitely somebody's going to stop me at some point," he said later, chuckling. "I'll enjoy it for the time being." Tony Rodriguez flied out in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th, hit a solo-shot off Josh Malewski in the 9th and grounded out in the 11th.
