 | Thunder Cats Advance to Round 3 Sunday, May 14th , 2045 The San Miguelito College Thunder Cats out-dueled and outgunned the Miami College Reds in the Round 2 and are on to the next round. San Miguelito College won the final game 8-6 at Thunder Cats Grounds and the series 4-2. Phil O'Malley was named series MVP for a strong offensive performance during the Round 2. He had a .429 average with a .448 on-base percentage. He had 7 home runs, drove in 17 RBI and scored 9 runs. "I was seeing the ball well and glad to help my team out and get us to the Round 3," he said. The San Miguelito College Thunder Cats will play against the Carrefour College Sabercats in the next round. Carrefour College won their series against the Panama College Flyers 4 games to 1. The Round 3 schedule will be announced after the Round 2 finishes. |   |
