Lenny Houghton discovered that today at Workmore Grounds, as he smashed three home runs during the 12-3 Bondville Beavers win over the Workmore Horned Frogs. "I got three balls to hit and nailed all three of them," the Bondville second baseman said in his postgame interview. "The first was a hanging curve, the second was right down the middle and the last one was a good pitch, but I guessed right and put the wood to it." Houghton, who is tied for 8th in the SL2 in total bases with 47, finished the day with 3 hits in 5 at-bats and 4 RBIs.
