 | Taggart: Big Hit in the Sub League 2 Monday, June 30th , 2042 Dave Taggart went on a hitting spree last week against Sub League 2 pitchers and today copped the Player of the Week Award. The Winnipeg Swordsmen third baseman peppered the opposition with 11 hits in 24 at-bats, 6 home runs, 13 RBIs and 9 runs scored. In the last 7 games he hit .458 with an on-base percentage of .548. So far in 2042 Taggart is batting .468 with 12 home runs, 29 RBIs and 20 runs scored. He has 22 hits in 47 at-bats and a .567 OBP. |   |
