At the age of 19, the Bernierville center fielder has been named the winner of the Sub League 1 Most Valuable Player Award.
He had a .353 batting average and a .443 on-base percentage this year. In 44 games he piled up 60 hits, 13 doubles, 1 triple, 22 home runs, 59 RBIs and 51 runs scored.
"I'm blown away by the season I was able to put together," he said. "I'm looking forward to trying to do it all again next year."
He received 20 first place votes out of a possible 24. Xavier Rodrigues of the Bixby Skyliners finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Cliff Hubley of the View Flying Squirrels finished third.
