 | Danny Celedon Gets MVP Trophy Wednesday, October 19th , 2044 He may have less experience than most of his FBL Rookie League peers, but that didn't slow Danny Celedon down at all in 2044. At the age of 19, the Bernierville center fielder has been named the winner of the Sub League 1 Most Valuable Player Award. He had a .353 batting average and a .443 on-base percentage this year. In 44 games he piled up 60 hits, 13 doubles, 1 triple, 22 home runs, 59 RBIs and 51 runs scored. "I'm blown away by the season I was able to put together," he said. "I'm looking forward to trying to do it all again next year." He received 20 first place votes out of a possible 24. Xavier Rodrigues of the Bixby Skyliners finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Cliff Hubley of the View Flying Squirrels finished third.
