| Toltecs Get One-Run Win at Houston | Both teams had their opportunities, but in the end, the Leon Toltecs got the win.
The Leon Toltecs scored a tight, 4-3 win versus the Houston Rangers at Globe Life Field. Leon pitcher Angelo Pulido held his own in the contest. Picking up the save was Justin Howe, his 2nd.
Leon used the hitting of Devon McDonah to pick up the win. The shortstop clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Toltecs on top, 2-0. For the game, McDonah had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"Very pleased with the effort on our side," said McDonah.
The Toltecs bumped their record to 41-19 with this win.
