| Jimenez Too Much for Peaches in 4-1 Houston Win | Houston pitcher Miguel Jimenez did his part in helping his team beat the Atlanta Peaches, 4-1. The right-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. The last-place Rangers improved to 34-54.
Jimenez was dominant for Houston. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 2 hits, while racking up 10 strikeouts. He threw 93 pitches over 6.1 innings in the contest.
"Miguel threw a phenomenal game," said Houston manager David Fields.
