| Toltecs Drop 2-0 Decision | In a tight contest between the Oklahoma City Twisters and the Leon Toltecs, Raul Lopez was the determining factor. The Oklahoma City right-hander sparkled in his team's 2-0 win. The winning pitcher was Lopez, now 8-2. He tossed 6 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 3 and fanning 5. The Toltecs, now 32-60, have lost 4 straight.
Oklahoma City took a 2-0 lead on Bruce Trinidad's 18th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Trinidad hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Leon pitcher Noé Berner visibly frustrated.
"I still think this team can play even better," Lopez told the Oklahoma City Gazette.
