The Orlando Orange, behind a great outing from Mike Beltran, who is a two-time All-Star, defeated the Toronto Robbers, 2-1, at Orange Park. Diego Marquez earned save number 10 this season.

Chris Whatley had a big solo home run for the Orange in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Orlando leading 1-0 and the bases empty, he got a sinker from Miguel Fernandez and swatted a home run to right-center. It was his 5th home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Orange ahead, 2-0.

"Mike did a heck of a job," said Orlando manager David Fields.
