Kings Suffer One-Run Loss at Montreal
Montreal starter Val Kerr pitched well against the Boston Kings at Mammoths Field. The right-hander led his team to a win, 4-3. Kerr picked up the win for Montreal, going 7 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 7-5. Jesse Zipperer wrapped it up, recording his 16th save.
