| Robbers Get Past Arlington, 3-2 | The Toronto Robbers faced a tough opponent in Arlington pitcher Ivan Trivino, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Mounties Park by a final score of 3-2. Trivino went 6 innings and allowed 1 run. Toronto pitcher Sam Osbun got the win, upping his record to 1-0. Tony Alba got the loss. The last-place Robbers own a record of 18-40.
Bill Ramos chipped in for Toronto, stroking a crucial run-scoring double in the bottom of the eighth inning. For the game, the shortstop went 1-4 with a double.
"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Ramos.
