The home crowd had a good time watching the Montreal Mammoths and Arlington Arsenal get after it.

Starting pitcher Jeff Huck pitched well enough to help the Arlington Arsenal beat the Montreal Mammoths, 10-3. The Arsenal saw their win-loss record go to 55-50. At the same time, the Mammoths fell to 57-48.

Early in the game, third baseman Daniel Joly had a grand slam home run for Arlington. It was his 8th home run of the season and put the Arsenal on top, 6-2.

In postgame comments to the Arlington Citizen, Joly said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
