| Toronto Nets 4-3 Win Versus Mammoths | The Toronto Robbers took Ryan Wentworth's best shot and still were able to collect a win at Mammoths Field. The final score had Toronto getting past the Mammoths, 4-3, in 11 innings. Wentworth over 7 innings allowed 1 run on 2 hits, while striking out 8. The win belonged to Mike Brown in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Andy Wheelock took the loss for Montreal. Montreal falls to 3-8.
Toronto used a timely hit from Bill Ramos to get the win. The shortstop stroked a bases-clearing double in the top of the 11th inning to put the Robbers ahead, 4-1. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it made an impact.
"Sweet win for us, tough loss for them," said Ramos.
