| Bodamer, Luchadors March to 8-2 Victory | The San Diego Luchadors beat the Leon Toltecs, 8-2, at Toltecs Field. San Diego shortstop Mike Bodamer led the way. He went 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. Jean Mary finished to wrap up his 1st save. At 2-1, the Luchadors have played well so far.
Early in the game, Bodamer had a 3-run home run for San Diego. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Luchadors on top, 4-1.
"We believe in ourselves and we're willing to work hard. It's a good combination," Bodamer told the San Diego Daily.
