| Mammoths Get Close Win Over Robbers, 4-3 | The Montreal Mammoths racked up a win at Mammoths Field, bumping off the Toronto Robbers, 4-3. Salvador Gonzalez, who started for Montreal, pitched effectively for his team. Montreal pitcher Adam Edie got the win. He's now 1-0. Mario Saldana was tagged with the loss. Montreal is off to a sluggish start, getting just their 4th win in 12 games.
Ricardo Torres delivered a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the ninth to win it for the Mammoths. For the game, Torres drove in one run.
