| Rangers Lose to Toltecs, 2-1 | Globe Life Field hosted a real pitchers' duel.
The Leon Toltecs locked up a win at Globe Life Field, knocking off the Houston Rangers, 2-1. On the mound for Leon was left-hander Rich Luevano. He played a major role in the triumph. The defeat makes Houston 5-14.
Leon used a clutch at-bat from Frank Foutch to capture the win. The right fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Toltecs ahead, 2-0. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.
"Just glad I could help us get a win," said Luevano. | | | | |
