| Toltecs Win at Houston, 6-4 | Leon third baseman Omar Pinales had a 3-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Houston Rangers, 6-4. Joe Shipley was the winner. Over 7.1 innings, he yielded 4 runs on 7 hits, with 3 walks and 1 strikeout. Jared Kiesling was called on to finish, recording his 1st save.
Pinales had a game-changing home run in the top of the sixth. On a 2-1 curveball from Jake Braun, he banged a 2-run home run to left-center, giving the Toltecs a 5-3 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for Pinales.
"It's nice to deliver when your team's counting on you," said Pinales.
The victory makes Leon 9-11.
