Boston Gets 3-2 Road Win
The Boston Kings and Toronto Robbers played an exciting game.

In a low-scoring affair between the Boston Kings and the Toronto Robbers, pitcher Roberto Vivanco was the difference between victory and defeat. The Boston right-hander earned kudos in the 3-2 Kings win. The Robbers fall to 4-9 and continue their rocky start to the 2042 season.

Boston used a clutch at-bat from Bobby Mendoza to capture the win. The first baseman hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Kings ahead, 2-0. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

Afterward, Kings manager David Fields was ebullient. "That was a fun game to coach," he told a group of reporters, adding, "I hope it was just as fun to watch."
