| Luchadors Bridle Toltecs, 4-3 | San Diego pitcher Kirk Stabile did his part in helping his team beat the Leon Toltecs, 4-3. The right-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. Stabile, now 3-3, was the winner. In 8 innings, he gave up 4 hits, while striking out 6, walking 1, and allowing 3 runs. The loss makes Leon 14-21.
In the bottom of the first inning, center fielder Ruben Antunez had a 2-run home run for San Diego. It was his 11th home run of the season and put the Luchadors on top, 2-0.
