| Mikkelsen Now 7-1 Following 3-0 Win | In a low-scoring affair between the Houston Rangers and the San Diego Luchadors, pitcher Sean Mikkelsen was the difference between victory and defeat. The Houston right-hander earned accolades for his stellar performance in the 3-0 Rangers win. With the win, Houston pushed its record to 26-20.
Mikkelsen picked up the win. He's now 7-1, after putting the San Diego offense in the deep freeze. Over 7 innings, he allowed no earned runs on 4 hits.
"Sean is tough to beat when he's hitting his spots," said Houston manager David Fields.
