The Atlanta Peaches picked up a win at Toltecs Field, taking down the Leon Toltecs, 3-2. Starting pitcher Miguel Millan was a big reason why. The winner was Millan. He threw 6.2 innings allowing 2 runs. The loser was Julio Labron. The win has Atlanta at 19-28.

Tony Carrizales came through with a big-time hit for Atlanta. The designated hitter smacked a solo home run in the top of the seventh inning to give his team the lead, 3-2. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.
