The Columbus College first baseman smacked three balls up and out of the park at Bisons Stadium. His home run barrage helped the Alligators defeat the Bisons, 15-4. "When they throw it in your wheelhouse, you've got a shot at a homer," he told BNN reporters after the game. "I got three shots today and nailed them all." On his 3-homer day, he went 3-for-3, scored 4 times, drove in 4 and put on a display that history will remember. Andy Foyt hit a solo-shot off Oscar Nunez in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Oscar Nunez in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Gustavo de la Cruz in the 5th and walked in the 6th. So far this season, Foyt is batting .380 with 6 home runs, 11 RBIs and 17 runs scored. He has 19 hits in 50 at-bats, 12 walks and a .492 OBP. Foyt has played in 13 games. |   |
