 | Gray Connects for 3 Homers for Clowns Tuesday, April 25th , 2045 In a powerful performance that left the fans at Clowns Ballpark buzzing, Hamilton College Clowns shortstop Chris Gray blasted a trio of home runs en route to a win, 17-3, over the Guadalupe College Badlanders. "Everything was clicking," Gray told the press. "My timing was good and I got pitches I could handle and I didn't miss them." Gray shined brilliantly in the win, with 3 hits in 4 at-bats, 7 RBIs and 3 runs scored. "It's not just one guy, it's everybody," Clowns manager said. "Chris played great but it takes more than one guy to win a game." Chris Gray hit a sac fly in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Julio Moreno in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Julio Moreno in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Hector Portillo in the 7th and was hit by a pitch in the 8th. Thus far this season, Gray is hitting .301 with 17 home runs, 42 RBIs and 39 runs scored. He has 52 hits in 173 at-bats and has played in 45 games. |   |
